Chef John has a large selection of artisanal small bites for passed or stationed appetizers, including crowd favorites like shrimp and grits, fresh mozzarella caprice skewers, and artisanal cheeseburger sliders! We source all of our ingredients from the best local meat, cheese, and produce purveyors and have great relationships with local bakers.  We are also a licensed wine, beer, and spirits provider -- so kick it up a notch with a craft cocktail bar and a Champagne toast to the graduate!
