Are you hosting a large outdoor event? Let Chef John and his crew set up their portable kitchen and make you event a success.  We do events for large groups of people ranging from 50-500. Outdoor event menus can be catered to your liking -- the possibilities are endless! Weather it is a large festival style event, family reunion or wedding we are equipped to fit your needs!

Whether you are looking for an outdoor BBQ-style event, or something a step up, our chef-driven stations are a perfect selection.  We can do carving stations, fresh pasta stations, smoked BBQ stations, large paella stations, and mixed grill stations including local veggies and sausages!

We are a fully licensed purveyor of beer, wine, and spirits.  Bolster your event by adding a craft beer, wine or cocktail bar. Your guests will be thoroughly impressed with our selection of local wine and beer, not to mention the skills of our craft bartenders. We offer personalized cocktail bars with craft cocktails catered to your tastes and request. These are great additions for large parties, outdoor events and weddings.

Looking for something a little more casual? We do, “drop off” for large outdoor events as well. We can do dully disposable trays of food, disposable serving dishes and more!
